Just want to express our gratitude for everything your Staff and all the Staff at Seventh Mountain did for our family. We had a terrific Reunion and part of it was because of your Staff. Sharon got us started over a year ago while in the planning stages of the Reunion. She guided us through the steps and we are so grateful. Planning this type of event is not easy eofferly when you are miles away from the area. Vinny was wonderful in the planning stages as well as helping us while at the Resort. Some last minute changes occurred and he and his staff were there to accommodate the group. We can’t say enough positive things about the catering staff. All the relatives have told us how pleased they were with everything. Example: It was warm the day of our outside meal and Chase Olympics on the Bachelor Lawn. Vinny saw this and brought out a couple of umbrellas for the older and youngest of the group. He didn’t have to do this and we do appreciate his concern. Sunday evening, we has dinner in the restaurant and were greeted by the bar staff and waiters. I can’t remember all the names, but Jacob was our server and so nice. Dan and I ate breakfast every morning at Big Eddy’s. We are early people so we were there right after seven. Kila served us each day and even had our places set at the counter when we arrived. It was such a pleasure talking with her. These are the extra things people remember about a place. We felt at home. Dan’s uncle was in need of help walking to events from his condo and the gentleman (didn’t get his name) who picked him up in the golf cart was so nice. The family so appreciated this. Well, we probably have forgotten something or someone, but we want you to know that our stay at Seventh Mountain was THE GREATEST! Please extend to the entire Staff our gratitude for all they did to provide a wonderful Reunion for our family. Other Resorts should take a look at how Seventh Mountain works and the type of Staff it employs. Please share this with your Staff and your General Manager.

I plan many conferences/events for my organization, but of course this was a ´family affair´. I know that typically events order a lot more food and other things that make it ´worth it´ for a hotel/resort. Being on a limited budget and making do, the conference facilities staff, front desk, requests responded to, and the actual facilities were just stellar, and still treated us like a ´big client´. Thank you so much. The professionalism and support from your staff was outstanding. We hope to return for a longer stay. Thanks again for all you did.

Thank you all for our WONDERFUL event! Our employees universally expressed how much fun they had, how great the food was, how much they loved the space & service, how much fun volleyball and the entire lawn was and on and on. They are blown away that we were given access to all the pictures of our trip as well! Personally, I wanted to let you know that I did really enjoy planning this event. Your staff was very professional and made us all so comfortable and welcome. I hope to work with you again soon (maybe an ice skating event in the winter).

The Oregon Optometric Physicians Association has held two meetings at Seventh Mountain Resort, one in 2009 and in 2012. The conference team and banquet staff are very helpful in making sure your event is a success. We plan on going back to their location at a future date.
