Deposit Policy: A deposit of one night's room, lodging taxes, and recreation fee is required at the time of booking except the requirement for any reservation falling within specified Holiday Seasons is 50% of the total stay. Reservations booked less than 30 days before Holiday Season arrivals will require payment for the entire stay at the time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Final Payment: The balance of payment or guarantee for payment is due upon check in except on Holiday Season reservations; the balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If a reservation is cancelled at least 7 days or more prior to arrival or 30 days or more prior to arrival for reservations falling within any Holiday Season, the deposit will be refunded in full. If cancelled with less than the allowable time remaining, all monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.
No Show Policy: All monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.
Early Departure Policy: All monies paid or guarantees for payment will be subject to forfeiture.
Minimum Stay Policy: Minimum night stays of 2 or more nights may be imposed on specials and packages or weekend, peak and holiday time periods and on certain room types.
Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM.
Housekeeping: Stay over service will be provided every day for all guests with certain exceptions. Those exceptions may include, but are not limited to owner and/or owner guest reservations and exchange program reservations.
Pet Policy: Sorry, pets are not permitted. Any violation may result in being ask to leave the rosort and/or additional charges with a minimum of $250.
Smoking Policy: Seventh Mountain Resort is smoke-free. All lodging rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants, and other facility rooms are designated as non-smoking. Any violation may result in being ask to leave the resort and/or additional charges with a minimum of $250.
Barbequing: Outdoor barbequing is allowed only in areas designated by Seventh Mountain Resort. No barbequing on the decks/patios of the lodging units.
Fireplaces: For units that have fireplaces, guests will be furnished one firelog for the first night of stay during the colder seasons. Additional fire logs, if desired, may be purchased from the resort. Only the types of fire logs furnished or sold by Seventh Mountain Resort are allowed. No regular wood logs or other materials are to be burned in the fireplaces.

- Free use of the Business Center and Fitness Center is available for all registered guests of Seventh Mountain Resort, a Premier Resort.
- Free winter time ski shuttle to and from Mt. Bachelor for all registered guests of Seventh Mountain Resort, a Premier Resort.
